Summary: Very comfortable large room with a river view. An upgrade of the shower would make the room excellent. A very good buffet breakfast is available with plentiful options. The on-site restaurant Zafishowani is excellent and certainly worth a visit. The staff are all very pleasant and a shout out to housekeeping for their servicing of the rooms. Finally the location of the Hanza is perfect within walking distance of all major attractions and boat trips.

Summary: Property was a bit old and WiFi didn't work well. Good location on the river with good buffet breakfast. Convenient location to walk around. Room was pretty spacious.

Summary: Beautiful character hotel in an amazing position overlooking the river. Steps away from the Old town with an array of bars and restaurants. Room was slightly too warm and we couldn’t adjust it. The hotel was spotlessly clean in all area. The room was replenished with mineral water, tea and coffee every day. Spacious room. Our room overlooked the river which was stunning.

Summary: Clean and tidy hotel. Room was large but a bit dated. Hairdryer was next to useless and the mini bar fridge was not working, as well as the main lamp in the room. Bed was large, but 2 big singles pushed together with no topper to make them feel as one. Room was also really hot and the AC only blows hot air. Sound proofing wasn’t great and the curtains let the sun shine in causing an early wake up, however… Really well located, great view. For the price we paid it was really acceptable. Bedding was comfy and everything felt really clean and fresh.
